3. Appointments & Cancellations
The appointment must be made in advance by either email, telephone, or via online appointment booking. We require minimum one hour’s notice of cancellations or changes to the schedule. Any missed appointments that are not made with prior notice could trigger cancellation fees.

4. Payments
Payment is due at time of service, unless agreed on. Accepted payment methods include [Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Online Transfer, etc.]. The late payment could result in additional charges or a suspension of service.

5. Service Guarantee
The majority of treatment plans come with a 30-day service warranty. If the issue with the pest persists beyond the guarantee time, we will treat the area free of cost. The guarantee will be void if conditions of the property are not met or if treatment directions are not adhered to.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are bound to: Give safe and complete access to the area of treatment, Make sure you follow the safety and preparation directions, Be sure to inform us about any pets, allergies, or health issues prior to treatment, Be sure to pay in time for services performed.

7. Use of Website
